About Mike Peters

Mike Peters is a photographer currently working out of Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland.

I have been taking photos since the age of six when I would chase butterflies round the garden with my mother's Pentax film camera and a set of extension tubes. After years of shooting film, even getting my hands dirty with developing my own pictures, I stopped taking pictures for a while until I went digital in around 2003 and fell back in love with photography.

When I am not out taking photos, I am kept busy by my day job, as a self-employed IT Consultant.
